Frequently Asked Questions
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every coBIO order comes with trackable shipping. As soon as your order leaves our facility, we’ll email you a unique tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Will I have to pay customs taxes and import duties?
Depending on your destination country, orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs charges upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific rates, please consult your local customs office.
What if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
Every coBIO Pillow undergoes strict quality inspection prior to shipment. While transit delays and handling are managed by independent shipping carriers, we are always here to help resolve issues:
- Damaged or Lost in Transit: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing before delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, then notify us at [email protected]—our team will happily assist you through the process.
- Address Errors & Stolen Packages: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as coBIO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery.
